Vapetto requires this data inputted above, in order to make delivery of, and contact you regarding your orders from our store.
Your payment details will not be stored after the transaction is complete.
This consent and ‘contractual obligation’ form Vapetto’s legal basis for processing your personal data.
What we will do with your data
All data processed by Vapetto is done within our offices in the UK. Any third party service providers that Vapetto uses (including, but not limited to; email clients, web hosting and distribution courier services) are based within the European Economic Area, and as such, follow the same compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
What we would also like to do with it
We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and products.
This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email or our website.
How long we will keep your data
Vapetto is conscious to ensure that we respect our clients’ right to be ‘forgotten’, and to this end we aim to keep your data for no longer than necessary. Your information will be removed after six years from an account being dormant (if no sign-in activity occurs), or upon Vapetto cessation of trading, whichever is sooner.
If you consent for Vapetto to send information about any future products we may offer, then we will retain your basic contact details, until such time as the business closes, or you request to have your information removed.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us here, and we will investigate the matter.
