If you suspect your delivery has been lost please contact us using the details in the footer of our website so we can help you resolve the issue. Royal Mail do not class the shipment as lost until 16 days after departure from our warehouse.

Your privacy and security is always at the top of our list. Vapetto ® use Paypal Certified Security to give you maximum data encryption trust possible. Vapetto ® only use PayPal to process credit card transactions so Vapetto ® never receive any of you financial information. All personal data entered into vapetto.com will be stored in encrypted files making sure your data is kept safe. Vapetto ® will never sell your data to 3rd parties or publicly release any information about you to anyone, unless of course we are giving your data to government establishments such as the police to use in fraudulent claims and payments (if made by you). All data entered into vapestoruk.co.uk will be protected in accordance to the data protection act. We will only use this data to send you updated promotional information about Vapetto ® or updated Terms & Conditions for vapetto.com
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else for up to 7 days as long as it is still in its original packaging and has not been opened i.e. cellophane and still tamper-proof stickers still intact. This is for hygiene reasons.
e-liquids are considered perishable goods and are therefore non-returnable. Returns will be accepted only if the product is defective on arrival i.e. broken or leaking. Retail Customers need to advise us of this no later than 24 hours after the product arrives. Wholesale customers will have to inform our returns department within 3 days of any re-sale made by them. Returns must come back with original product/packaging.
The cost of returning any product will be at the customers cost.
In the case of returns because of defective goods, customers must provide proof with pictures or a video showing the defect, and written confirmation by email. This should also include your original order number and date of arrival. Vapetto Ltd will send out a replacement once the faulty product is returned and checked and the defect has been deemed faulty by Vapetto Ltd. Vapetto Ltd pay will pay for the re-delivery charge.

And an email letting us know a return is on its way should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org marked ‘Returns’ in the subject header.
Ordering from Vapetto ® is a easy as Sunday morning. Lionel could even do it! All you have to do is browse our lovely website and find some products you like then add them to your cart. Vapetto ® have a quick checkout box in the top menu bar where you add or subtract items at your command. If you try to add items with a nicotine level requirement from the quick add boxes in the popup windows it will not work you must enter the product page and select a required nicotine level first then hit the green add to cart button or the PayPal express checkout button.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is set by market fluctuation; Vapetto ® may at time increase or decrease our product pricing to suit our manufacturing costs. However Vapetto ® will still try to price match our competitors on a daily basis. Vapetto ® are currently setting prices as cheaply as possible so our customers can benefit from the amazing rewards our products can offer. If you can find an item on our website cheaper from another independent online retailer then send us an email and Vapetto ® will do our best to beat that price for you. Don’t be scared we don’t bite!
